Nestled in the heart of Sunriver, Lupine Lane 7 offers a cozy, modern retreat perfect for families and groups. This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a warm atmosphere, with an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island. The living room offers leather seating and a gas fireplace for those chilly nights.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub with stylish subway tile. The bunk room is perfect for kids, with a total of 5 twin beds: a twin-over-twin bunk with trundle and another twin bed with a trundle underneath. Each bedroom nightstand has a phone charger.
Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms on opposite sides of the home: a king bedroom and a queen bedroom with slider access to the back deck and hot tub. The main level also includes the second full bathroom with a shower/tub and a laundry room for convenience.
Step outside to the large deck with mountain views, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Or play a game of foosball in the garage. The home also offers an EV charger for electric vehicles, located in the garage. (No parking in the garage)
