Tucked along the edge of Seaside’s golf course and just a five-minute walk to the beach, Wallace Beach House offers the best of both coast and calm. This modern, beachy-chic duplex comfortably sleeps up to nine guests with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups looking to spread out and settle in.
The main level features an open-concept living area with plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Two primary suites — one upstairs with a king bed and private balcony, and one downstairs with a queen — each include their own full bathrooms and Smart TVs. Upstairs, two additional guest rooms (a queen and a pair of twins) and a cozy sitting area provide extra space to relax. Outside, enjoy serene views of the fairway from the backyard or fire up the seasonal grill for a laid-back dinner after a day at the beach.
Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on the balcony or winding down by the fire, Wallace Beach House delivers the kind of comfort that makes every moment easy, breezy, and unmistakably coastal.
Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.

Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.
The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
