About this house rental
Welcome to our home in the beautiful Northern Colorado Springs mountains! Located close to the USAFA, Ford Theater, Fox Run Regional Park, and several other Colorado Springs attractions including Garden of the Gods, several museums and numerous hiking trails. Our home features a gorgeous sun room, game room and theater room for your entertainment and comfort.
We hope you find our house a spacious and relaxing home base for your adventures in Colorado.
Our home in the tranquil community of Gleneagle is an ideal retreat for those seeking a place to truly unwind and spend time with loved ones.
This is a 3-story house with lots of room to spread out. Just a note that there are NO bedrooms on the main floor. You must be able to manage stairs to get to the sleeping spaces.
On the Main Floor Enjoy:
The Sun Room! A perfect place to start your day with coffee while looking out at the back yard, or watch a mountain storm. (you may even spot bunnies or deer). There is also a table for 6 where you can enjoy meals, play games, or just gather to chat in this cozy setting.
In addition, the main floor includes,
-a fully equipped kitchen
-a coffee bar
-a family room with plenty of seating and a 65 inch tv
-a breakfast nook with table that looks into the backyard
-3 counter stools for additional seating
-a full dining room with a large elegant table
-a formal living room with space to gather
-a laundry room with a washer and dryer for you to use including an iron and ironing board
-a 1/2 bath
-garage access
-access to the back deck and yard
-a dedicated work space in family room
Upstairs:
-Master suite with king size Nectar memory foam bed and a 50" Roku tv. A lovely sitting area overlooking the backyard. Ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a double sink vanity, and a walk in closet.
-Second bedroom features a queen Nectar memory foam bed, a walk in closet, a personal vanity with sink, and shares a jack and jill bathroom with the third bedroom.
-Third bedroom, "the Air Force room" has two twin Nectar memory foam beds, a walk in closet and shares a jack and jill bathroom with second bedroom.
Lower Level:
At the base of the stairs there are two private bedrooms
-Bedroom 4 features a king size Nectar memory foam bed, walk in closet, and a 43" tv.
-Bedroom 5 has a twin bed, a 43" tv, a desk and chair, and a walk-in closet.
-Full Bathroom with Shower
*The Theater Room! Have a movie night in our theater room downstairs, equipped with a HD projector and large screen. Stretch out on the large sectional recliner couch and enjoy a relaxing evening after a day of exploring.
*The Game Room! Have some fun with the family playing shuffle board, arcade games, or several other games. There is also a wall mounted 50" tv and comfy chairs.
