Nestled among tall trees just outside the charming town of Monument, this spacious family home offers the perfect getaway for large families or groups. Its central location provides easy access to iconic destinations such as the Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, and both Colorado Springs and Denver. Nearby lakes, hiking trails, boutique shops, restaurants, and art galleries offer a variety of activities to enrich your stay.

Four generations of our family enjoyed spending our week of vacation at this spacious, comfy and sturdy house. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions. We appreciated the large kitchen, the abundance of light-filled windows, the hot tub, the pool table, and the back deck where we could see deer and other wildlife pass by. Peak Management was quick to answer questions and fix any repairs/issues that came up. The replacement box fan provided was helpful on the top floor, especially on the hot days we had (100 degrees). The step down in the family room/dining area took some getting used to. Parts of the house could use a little updating or maintenance (e.g., the front steps and carpet), but overall it was a winner of a place to stay for our family trip.

The house and the view was beautiful. My 16yr old boy loved the space and design and even asked how much a house like this costs lol. Everything was as pictured. This was our 1st time visiting CO but we'll definitely be back and would love to make this our home away from home over and over again!

This home was one of several area homes we rented for a family reunion. The house was great and totally meet our needs and then some.

The home is beautiful with a great location. The one main issue we had with the home is there’s only one unit for 3 floors. The bottom floor didn’t warm up unless the heat was high which caused the other floors to be uncomfortable. There was not a separate unit for downstairs or any type of heating unit to balance out the temp.
