We originally booked for a ladies retreat but it fell through. So I invited a few couples (with their kids ages 10- 21). We all enjoyed our time here! Everyone found something to stay entertained with (games, hot tub, ping pong, movies). We all had a blast! We did a short hike near the area and fished in the local Palmer Lake pond, then had ice cream! We highly recommend this home for your stay, it was so comfortable for 3 separate (but close friends). The downstairs is like an apartment in itself.

Dave’s house was the perfect place for our family vacation. Close enough to all that Colorado Springs has to offer and also Denver. The house was very clean and very spacious. Everything we needed for an infant and toddler was already there. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub and rooftop were very nice too.
