The entryway features a spacious hallway. The kitchen features a large, functional built-in kitchen with a seating area and access to the patio. In the living room, a fireplace provides cozy warmth during the colder months.
Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, offer plenty of space and privacy. The entire house is bright, cheerful, and inviting. A free parking space is located right next to the house.

The vacation home is located just about 800 meters from the boardwalk and the expansive sandy beach of Lubmin. The nearest major town is Greifswald.
