The spacious comfort apartment is located on the upper floor of a residential building close to the beach. Access via a separate external staircase. The apartment has a living room (upholstered seating area, large flat-screen TV, hi-fi system), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each, 1 bedroom with additional upholstered couch, cot can be added), kitchen (dining area, complete kitchenette with electric cooker and dishwasher), bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine, central heating. There is also an outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities, a bicycle storage room, WLAN, free beach chair and a car parking space in the carport. The total price includes bed linen, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. Towels must be brought along. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Lubmin is a seaside resort on the Greifswald Bodden in a beautiful forest landscape. The Hanseatic town of Greifswald is approx. 20 km away. The town has a pier with jetty, a modern sports centre, wide sandy beach (also nudist), bicycle and pedal boat hire, various catering and retail outlets. Pony rides and horse-drawn carriage rides are possible.
