It is located on the ground floor of the apartment complex Strandvilla Lubmin, built in 1996. The apartment is comfortable and modern. Due to the south orientation, the apartment is bright, inviting and friendly. On the terrace you can enjoy sunshine from morning to night. An associated free parking space is located directly next to the building (also entrance to the public paid parking). 1 men's bike & 1 women's bike are available free of charge. Location Just a few meters from the promenade and the long beautiful sandy beach of Lubmin is this apartment. It is located between Dünenstrasse and traffic-free beach promenade. The next larger town is Greifswald.
