About this house rental
The vacation bungalow is tastefully furnished and boasts a prime location right on the boardwalk and Lubmin Beach. Next to the bungalow is a terrace where you can relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets. A complimentary parking space is provided.
The bungalow is equipped with electric heating. The costs for this will be deducted from your security deposit. Guests will receive the electricity bill 21 days after departure, along with the amount to be refunded. The electricity rate is €0.50 per kilowatt-hour.
Please read the electricity meter upon arrival and departure and make a note of the meter readings. The owner will send you a message before your arrival explaining where to report these meter readings.

The owner offers two vacation bungalows located side by side for booking.
These are the “Seepferdchen” vacation bungalow and the “Momo” vacation bungalow.
The “Momo” vacation bungalow is located directly on the first row of the beach, and the “Seepferdchen” vacation bungalow is set back slightly to the side behind it.
These two vacation bungalows are located right on the promenade and next to the long, beautiful sandy beach of Lubmin.
The nearest major town is Greifswald.
