Ground floor: living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, 3-burner induction hob, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee machine), lounge with smart TV, shower room, separate WC.
Upstairs: relaxation area with sofa, 1 bedroom with a 140x200 cm double bed and reading area, 1 bedroom with two 90x200 cm single beds, separate WC with washbasin. Heating included in the price. Wi-Fi. Non-smoking accommodation.
Outside: the cottage is located opposite the owners' house (enclosed grounds). Shared courtyard with ample parking. Large private terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue, private garden of 200 m² including a 40 m² terrace. A former farmhouse typical of the Touraine region, La P'tite Maison has been completely renovated with passion by its owners, who will be delighted to tell you the story of this beautiful transformation if you are curious to learn more.
