Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and all private amenities, including the six-person hot tub on the back patio and the gas grill on the deck. The laundry room is also private for guest use. Parking is available for up to six vehicles between the garage and the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the scenic Blue River Run neighborhood of Silverthorne. This peaceful community offers a true mountain vibe with mature trees and easy access to the surrounding peaks. In the winter, you are centrally located to world-class skiing at Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge. During the summer, the nearby Dillon Reservoir is a hub for boating, fishing, and lakeside dining.
The local area is rich with shopping and entertainment options, including the Silverthorne Outlets and a variety of local breweries and restaurants. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to numerous hiking and biking trails that showcase the natural beauty of the Colorado Rockies.
Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the area, as public transportation is limited. The home is just a short drive from the main thoroughfares that connect Silverthorne to the surrounding mountain towns and ski resorts. On-site parking is provided for up to six vehicles; please note that street parking is strictly prohibited.
Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
No trailers of any kind like a boat or ATV or snowmobile, etc. can be parked in the driveway overnight.
