Stunning and elegant single family home located in the exclusive Angler Mountain Ranch. This beautiful custom home is located on top of the hills overlooking Buffalo Mountain, Red Mountain, Peak One and the North Ponds in Silverthorne. With stunning views, a private hot tub, pool table, 2 living rooms, and accomodating up to 10 guests, this is the perfect mountain location year round to enjoy all of the season of Colorado. Hiking trails onsite to explore the nearby Aspen and pine forests.
The main floor features a spacious chefs kitchen with granite counters, all new stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked with all cookware. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with seating for up to 8 at the dining table, with additional seating for 2 at the bar. Mountain views abound from each window of the main floor with stunning direct western exposure. The main level living area features a gas fireplace, and access to the spacious main level deck with grill and outdoor seating. The primary bedroom is located on the main level and features huge picture windows facing west with direct Buffalo and Red Mountain views for stunning alpenglow sunsets. The master bathroom has a two person shower and double vanity. There is a half bathroom powder room located on the main level.
Downstairs is a spacious family room with TV and entertainment area, pool table, and captains bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top. There are two bedrooms both with Queen sized beds and two full bathrooms in the lower walk out level. There is a deck on the lower level with outdoor seating area, and a private hot tub with 360 degree mountain views. This home features a 2 car heated garage, and small yard area.
