Newly constructed in 2023 with all the modern conveniences, this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo is located close to the beautiful Blue River in Silverthorne, CO. Enjoy close proximity to 5 World Class Ski Resorts, Nordic Ski areas, ice fishing, snow tubing and more for Winter activities. Summer explodes in Summit County with fly fishing, hiking, biking, golf, rafting, live music and more! Absolutely loved this place! This place is perfection. Immaculately decorated, very comfortable, so clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in. Kitchen is fully decked out with everything you need. Kristi was very communicative and check in and check out was easy. We will be saving this spot for future visits!

Really nice location & space. TV's had a few issues- the living room jad no remote & one of the bedrooms had a tv that had no power (cord didnt reach the outlet). We didn't really need the TVs so not a big deal.

We had some problem with stairs as most of the guests were older. Also was unsure about location of parking for visitors.

My family stayed here for a weekend trip and it was wonderful! The property is beautiful and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, my nieces stayed in the bunk beds and loved them. Great location as well as there are shops nearby to grab food or groceries.
