About this apartment rental
Recently renovated, our Parisian pied-à-terre welcomes you in the former Temple district of the Upper Marais.
Located in an nineteenth-century building, set in a cul-de-sac, with no close neighbors overlooking.
On the third floor – no lift – a small entrance leads to:
- A separate, fully equipped kitchen, with a proper dining area,
- A lounge and a sleeping area separated by a mid-height wall
- A small shower room
The decor is unified by eclectic furnishings (Directoire style desk, 1950s seats) and our travel souvenirs.
Two wardrobes flank the king-size bed.
You can enjoy an aperitif comfortably seated in the lounge and prepare all your meals in a very well-equipped kitchen.
The shower room is small but pleasant, with a large shower (100x80).
Practical side:
Buses and metros (Temple/Republic) are 5 minutes away.
A short stroll through the Temple Square will take you to the shops on Rue de Bretagne and the Marché des Enfants Rouges in 7 minutes.
You will also find plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
Ideal for a romantic getaway or a work trip. Minimum stay is 3 nights.
No self-check in/out. We like the idea of exchanging with the guests to whom we entrust our property.
Check-in and check-out between 12 and 6 pm only. Please check the compatibility of your travel schedules before booking.
I will welcome you to give you the keys and settle in, and will join you before your departure to collect the keys and make sure that your stay went well.
