There's a bunk room with custom wood bunks, a mounted TV, and plenty of space for the kids to play.
You'll be nestled in the forest in the Tahoe Donner neighborhood, only four miles from downtown Truckee, where you can do a little shop browsing or dining, or hang out for coffee with the locals at Coffeebar or Dark Horse. In the winter, head to the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski area, only three miles from you, or for a more challenging time on the slopes, head west 10 miles to Sugar Bowl, or east 13 miles to Northstar. In the summer, spend some time at Donner Lake for kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, or swimming and lolling in the sun at the west-end beach.
The open-design living area is expansive and bright with vaulted, wood plank ceilings, and plentiful large windows. Bask in the warm profusion of sunshine filtering in and plan out your days with the help of the high-speed free WiFi, settle in to watch a show on the 65-inch flatscreen TV, or read a book while you warm up with the fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers lots of storage and counter space, as well as a dishwasher, so meal prep and clean-up is made easy. You can also pack light for your trip and keep the laundry under control, thanks to the private washer/dryer. And don't forget the private hot tub or the balcony with new patio furniture to enjoy the mountain views! This family-friendly home also has an extensive collection of movies and games.

STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
July 1-5 (July 4th)
Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)
Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)

The cabin was nice and clean. The cabin is located in a quiet area. It had all the amenities for our stay. Very close to Donner Lake and nearby trails. Highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It is located in a beautiful area and backs onto green space, so felt very private yet it is just a short drive to downtown Truckee.
The house is spacious yet cozy, well decorated, and the furniture in the living room was very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, as we cooked every night, and was exceptionally clean! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and we loved the waterfall shower head in the ensuite bathroom. We had no issue with the internet, as mentioned in previous reviews, it worked fine the whole time we were there.
Highly recommend this house and would definitely come back.

I loved everything about this cabin and am definitely coming back! We loved everything about the stay, absolutely everything! The kitchen is fully equipped. Since I was cooking for everyone, I wasn't sure exactly what they had since website did not mention, but they have everything from cups/utensils/mugs/knife set/mixing bowls/cutting boards/a pan/serving dishes/etc. Beautiful property, well decorated, comfortable beds, cozy, hot tub was very nice, honestly every detail about this property is phenomenal!

Great space, just a few things were not working and it got hot in the summer with no blinds on the massive living room windows and the fan was not working.
