About this house rental
Quiet and cozy. Big Splash Water Slide Park, Centennial Beach ,ferry. Welcome to Delta in advance! A few quick things before you check in :Our sweet home is located at 4837 8a Ave Delta, BC V4M 1S8. Check-in: After 4:00pm. It'll be self check in. The key for the entrance will be available in the lockbox right at the front door. Code is 7580.
Parking: Please feel free to park in the front of the house maximum 4 cars, if you need more parking spots, please let us know, there will be garage parking as well. Free parkings.

Heat: when you enter the house, you look straight, the controller is on the wall
Beds: Totally three king size beds and four queen beds, fits 14 people. If you need more pillows or blankets please let us know.
Kitchen: You're very welcome to use all the utilities in the kitchen.
Garbage: There are three garbage bins in the kitchen, green bag (organics), blue bin (recycling), and white bag (garbage). The big bins are located at backyard. If you booked for a short stay, you can leave the garbage in the house when check out, the cleaner will take care of it afterwards. If there is anything you need for check-in, directions, or anything for the house, please feel free to message us anytime!
Check out time is before 11am onJan 5, 2026 You can leave the key at where you found it and close the door.
