Unit 072 - Bay Dreamer: Experience the ultimate coastal retreat at this stunning sound-front home on Dauphin Islands far west end, where you'll enjoy breathtaking views of both the Mississippi Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation, with a private pool (NOT HEATED) and easy access to both the Gulf side beaches and the tranquil, private sound behind the home is ideal for fishing or unwinding by the water.
Step inside to discover an open concept living space on the first floor, where the living room, dining area, and kitchen seamlessly flow together. Kitchen oven is equipped with a built-in air fryer and fully stocked with all other items needed for making meals. Large windows flood the space with natural sunlight and offer captivating views of the surrounding waters. A bar area and a convenient half bathroom are just off the living room. The first-floor primary bedroom features a king-sized adjustable Tempur-Pedic bed, a private ensuite with a spacious walk-in shower, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and the sound.
Upstairs on the second floor, a bonus room with a sectional sofa and a large TV provides the perfect setting for movie nights or family game time. The second primary suite on this level also features a king-sized Tempur-Pedic bed, a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a private balcony with an additional staircase leading down to the first-floor balcony. The other two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower-tub combo, one with a queen-sized bed and direct access to the balcony, and the other designed as a kids' haven with twin-over-full bunk beds and a full trundle.
