Unit 040: Oceanside: Welcome to your dream Gulf-front oasis on beautiful Dauphin Island! This waterfront home offers a truly authentic gulf-front experience, with the soothing sound of waves crashing just beneath your feet as you step onto the expansive deck that extends out over the water. Decorated in serene coastal colors and tasteful decor, this home provides the perfect backdrop for relaxation and tranquility.
As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the dining room, kitchen, and living room. The spacious dining area, capable of accommodating up to 8 guests, and the kitchen bar, complete with 3 additional bar stools. The living room is bathed in natural light, thanks to its large windows that not only brighten the space but also offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The first bedroom, situated off the right side of the hall, boasts a king-size bed and with access to the gulf-front balcony. For convenience and versatility, a jack and jill bathroom connects to the second bedroom, which features 2 twin trundle beds. On the other side of the home, the gulf-front third bedroom offers another king-size bed for ultimate relaxation. A hall bathroom with a shower-tub combo serves this area, ensuring everyone's comfort. For the younger members of your party or the young at heart, the fourth bedroom provides a cozy twin over full bunk bed.
Step outside to the back deck, where a picnic table, grill, and additional seating await. Enjoy unforgettable meals while listening to the waves from below, or even try your hand at fishing right off the back deck. This gulf-front haven promises an unforgettable vacation.

- Parking is located on Seneca Street.
- Home is located directly over the water, & the waves can be heard from inside the home. Ear Plugs are encouraged for sleeping if you're a light sleeper.

- You must be at least 25 years old to rent
- No parties or events.
Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver, optional travel insurance.

The house is in the best spot (although parking and bringing up luggage took a bit), but the house was clean, could hear the waves from inside the house, and was in the perfect spot for instant access to beach/water. Would 100% book this property again and recommend to anyone!

Everything was as advertised. You just have to walk out the door to go down to the beach. There were beach chairs provided and a paddle board which I failed to even notice on the listing. The weather did not cooperate, but getting to the beach when the sun poked through was easy since we are already on the beach!
There were plenty of towels and wash clothes for our family to use. Kitchen had everything we needed and some previous tenants left behind some puzzles to keep us busy while waiting on the storms to pass. Overall it was a very nice stay.
