On the first floor there is a family room (double, two singles), a shower room with sauna, an open-plan living space, a utility, and a games room with bar and balcony. The second floor hosts a super-king-size with en-suite shower and Jacuzzi bath, three doubles with en-suite showers, and a twin accessed via the main bedroom. Appliances include a double electric oven, induction hob, Range, microwave, two fridge/freezers, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher, and a stairgate is available. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, an enclosed roof terrace with decking, hot tub and furniture, and a balcony with furniture. No smoking. Two well behaved pets allowed.
