Very nice and cozy one bedroom apartment in a very central location, set just 300 meters from the old city walls and a step into the "old town" historic area of Lagos and the downtown main avenue.
This unit is a 1 bedroom apartment on the second-floor, comprising living room, equipped kitchen, balcony, 1 bedroom with double-sized bed, and bathroom with bathtub/shower.
The apartment is nice and well kept, and there are many amenities, coffee shops, restaurants and services nearby. The main avenure in the downtown area is very close and the Batata beach is right at the end of it.
Perfect area to explore the city and with lots to do.
The apartment has WIFI and TV.
Set on the second-floor of the building (no elevator).
Parking is free on the street but limited during the high season.
Pets - not allowed
Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 19:00 and 00:00 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
