The location is great. The main square and streets are with in a couple minutes walk. Same with the bus , train station and marina. Very happy to have had a washing machine and drying rack. On demand hot water is good for showers but a challenge for dishes unless you waste water.
Wifi didn’t work until they had a technician fix it. Good after that.

Great location in a town visited 8 times now. The accommodation also offers plenty of room.
Apartment is dated. Bedroom door floor runner came away. No internet, cable missing. Bed covers sub standard. There was one wine glass in total which was cracked. Two very small toilet rolls. The apartment could be beautiful but needs some love.
