This newly renovated and very chic apartment has been tastefully decorated. The owners have chosen very high-quality finishing’s and furnishings giving the apartment a feeling of luxury. You will find all the modern comforts we come to expect from accommodation these days, but cleverly mixed with vintage pieces.
A solid wooden front door leads via polished concrete steps up to the 1st floor where the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are located.
The bright master bedroom benefits from 3 windows, wall mounted flexible reading lights above the twin beds, an electronic safe located in the fitted double wardrobes, a desk / work space, air conditioning and hard wood floors. The ensuite shower room has natural light, a large walk-in combination rain dance
hand held shower and superior quality finishing’s plus underfloor heating ensuring comfort even in the cooler months.
The 2nd bedroom is a double with built in wardrobes, air conditioning, flexible reading lights and guests have use of the main bathroom which has the same high-quality facilities as the ensuite.
Located on the 2nd (top floor), the lounge has double glazed patio windows which lead to the balcony terrace which is blessed with breath taking views of Lagos. There is a rattan table and 4 chairs so you can enjoy “dining out”.
Facilities include MEO cable TV offering a large number of channels in various languages, a flat screen Samsung smart TV, and old-fashioned style Bluetooth radio, Wi-Fi

Apartment is in good central location. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Washer was also great. Only complaint was the living room furniture was not comfortable. Recommend losing the white chairs and adding something with padding.

Most concerning was an unpleasant odor that permeated the rental. Not sure if it was mildew or blankets weren’t washed. Some of the lights didn’t work; towels were stained. One of the bathrooms had mold in the shower and the beds were not comfortable.
