B28 - Stylish Typical House

Die Lage ist super, das Stadtzentrum mit vielen Restaurants, Bars, kleinen Geschäften nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Der Strand ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gab weiche Handttücher, das Bett war bequem. Die Terrasse, so wie auf den Fotos mit einer tollen Aussicht.

Bei der Schlüsselabholung mussten wir erstmal 30 Minuten in der Schlange vor dem Büro warten. WLAN funktionierte nicht, wir haben das zwei mal im Büro gemeldet und eine E-Mail geschrieben, es wurde uns versichert, dass jemand kommt, kam alber keiner. Bei der Anmeldung wurde uns gesagt, dass einmal eine Reinigungskraft kommt, es kam niemand. Es gab keine Mühlsäcke für den Wechsel und nur zwei Toilettenpapierrollen. Die Terrasse ist so wie abgebildet, man hat eine schöne Aussicht über die Dächer, leider war sie sehr dreckig, seit langer Zeit nicht gereinigt, die Stühle kaputt, der Plastiktisch seit langer Zeit nicht gewischt, wir haben ihn nicht sauber bekommen. Man soll die ganzen Terrasse-Möbel austauschen. Ganz unten müffelt es, da wir uns aber dort nicht aufgehalten haben und oben geschlaffen haben, war es für uns nicht schlimm.

The house is an experience on its own. Great house except it was cold, no heating. Location is not bad for walking, alternatively uber is not too expensive.

The check in method as well as timing for check out especially. 10am check out is super inconvenient. Checking in at 3pm, at their office which is about 15 mins walk away from the property is also inconvenient. Because we have a boat tour booked for 10am, we had to check out earlier. Even though it is written as the office operation hours starting at 9am. No one was there until 9.30am. The staff that attended to me at check in were like forced to work. They were not friendly, At checkout the only guy who was there was really nice. I had accidentally left my purse there during check in, for the whole time that night when I realised I didn't have my purse, I thought it was lost, I even went to the Police station to make a report and cancelled all my cards. That morning I thought to just ask if my purse was there just in case. The nice guy called a colleague and he went to the back of the office and then returned with my purse with a note on it noting that it belongs to guest of the house we rented. I honestly don't understand the logic of that, why didn't anyone call me about it at all? Or even just run after me right after I checked in, if they knew I was walking to the property. Mad logic, no sense of care.
