About this apartment rental
Large two bedroom double aspect apartment in the mature and popular development, Pateo do Convento, within easy walking distance of beaches, local shops, cafes and markets, Lagos old town and Lagos Marina. Walking distance to both bus (direct service to Faro airport as well as national/international services) and rail stations.
* Ground floor with ramp access to building and lift to basement car park.
* Large first balcony looks towards the marina, with morning sun and welcome shade on hot afternoons.
* Second good sized balcony overlooks the pool and gets afternoon/ evening sun, with built in barbeque ideal for outdoor eating.
Both balconies have a range of tables/chairs .
* Spacious lounge has large comfortable living area with two sofas, tv/DVD player & Chromecast, and separate dining area with large table & chairs with access to the balcony from two sets of doors.
* Bedroom 1 has a Kingsize bed, wardrobe, ensuite full bathroom with overbath shower, and access to the marina side balcony.
* Bedroom 2 has twin beds, wardrobe and access to the pool side balcony.
* Main bathroom opening off the hall also has an overbath shower.
* Kitchen is well equipped with a table/chairs for casual dining, and access to the pool side balcony.
* Sunny shared pool and leisure space is well maintained with secure access. There are sunbeds, grass and paved areas and a children's play area .
* As well as on-street parking there is an underground parking space available - however it is easy to enjoy a holiday here without a car.
* Easy driving distance to a range of golf courses and the Western Algarve coastline.

For bookings of 11 days or over, there is a mid stay change of towels/linens.

Exactly as described, Sunny rear terrace for breakfast and sunny front terrace for the last rays in the early evening. Location was excellent, 5 minutes from the marina and bus station and a leisurely 10 minutes from the old town.Apartment was very well equipped with everything you could want and only a few yards from the pool.We were greeted by Sharon on our arrival who showed us around and explained how everything worked.

This apartment is a great base from which to explore Lagos and the Algarve. We spent many days walking the old town, sipping lattes and eating Portuguese tarts in outdoor cafes while people watching. We also rented a car for three days (from Luzcar, I recommend them) and explored Sagres and Silves. Amazing. Fantastic Italian food at Pomo.

Roomy well equipped condo in a very central location to bus and train stations, old town and all the activities around the marina. Stayed a month and housekeeping came in twice. Manager met us and explained the workings of the condo. Would stay there again.
