The highlight of this unique apartment is the relaxing private patio – this generous space benefits from shaded & sunny areas, perfect to escape the summer heat, yet it receives plenty of sun in winter.
The lounge with dining area has a large brand-new sofa-bed for up to 2 guests increasing the total apartment’s capacity to 4 people (140x190cm) and wall mounted Smart TV with complimentary movies. A Bluetooth radio and speaker is also provided for your entertainment. Modern designer kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, juicer, pots & pans and everything you need to cook with.
The double bedroom has a king size bed, cupboard space and a safe, spacious en-suite bathroom with bath and under floor heating & heated towel-rack. There is a sofa-bed in the living room to sleep two guests.
The apartment features high-speed fibre Wi-Fi throughout (300+mbps), reverse cycle air-conditioning and an underground secure parking space.

You can enjoy use of the underground parking, a large swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees and sun-loungers, along with a kids play area separate and contained from the main pool. The apartment was bright, clean and well furnished for our delightful 12-day stay. It was a perfect location - close to the pedestrian bridge, the bus station and a Pingo Doce grocery store. We had everything we needed to cook and feel like we were at home. It is close to everything but away from the noise of downtown. The patio is huge and private, making the spacious apartment seem even bigger. The pool was clean and very refreshing after a long day of hiking the stunning coastal walks. Remy and Chloe were excellent to deal with - very warm and friendly. They were available via WhatsApp for any questions. The team went above and beyond to mail me a jacket we forgot in the apartment - an extra effort that we very much appreciate and speaks to how they treat their guests.

Both the inside and outside areas were great. Lots of space. The outside patio Wes a Hugh bonus. Very large with seating, table and umbrella. The pool and playground were perfect. The apartment was well equipped. We did not need to get anything. Would definitely recommend this lovely bright apartment.
