Queen pull-out sofa for an additional guest or children

Large windows with panoramic water views and natural airflow
Dedicated reading nook with oversized chair
Loft workspace with desk (access via pull-down stairs; not suitable for sleeping)

Full bathroom with custom tiled walk-in shower

Raised deck overlooking the cove with dining area and gas grill
Fire pit and yard space for relaxing or games
Oversized wharf (shared only between our two adjacent properties)
