Bright rooms (all upstairs) in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, fenced backyard and garage parking for 1 car (more can park in front of the house). 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds and a futon.
75 inch TV with surround on master bedroom with Netflix, Disney+ and HBOmax!
GUEST ACCESS
Fireplace, closets, reading and working spaces, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, iron, hangers, dinnerware, and utensils. Two patios, one covered and a large deck for entertainment. Hammock under tree shades.

House is located in a settled neighborhood (houses around 10 years old) with very low traffic.
GETTING AROUND
- Close to US 281 & 1604, Super Target, Super HEB, various restaurants, movies, JW Marriott Golf resort
- 20 minutes drive to Downtown SA and Six Flags. About 25 mins to Sea World

Everything was as advertised, owners were quick to respond and address to minor issue we discovered. We enjoyed a movie on a huge tv in master bedroom. It took us just over 20 mins to reach the downtown area from the property. Would stay there again when traveling to San Antonio again.

Great house in very nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants, groceries, and far enough out of town to be different and not too touristy.
