This was our second time to come back and stay at his property and it was so perfect for our family visit! We had everything we needed to cook meals, plenty of room for all of us to relax together and it was a great location for our outings during the day. The game room and video games were a fun pastime for my tween nephews and having a playground with a swing in the backyard was so helpful for our son. Any time I’ve needed to reach out for questions or concerns, Christian has always been so helpful and quick to respond. Absolute perfect family vacation rental. Highly recommend!

Nice place. Enjoyed our time

We had a family trip to the San Antonio area, with 4 adults and 3 kids, one of whom is a toddler. We also brought our small dog. The home size was just right for us with a fenced in back yard and kid friendly environment, and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for the family to stretch out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen is open to the family room, so meal prep and interaction was easy - made the evenings fun. It is close to shopping and about 20 min from downtown. We were so impressed with our host, who was very easy to communicate with and was responsive to a few small things. We’re very happy we chose this property.

Location great, beds very comfortable. Some helpful tips; have the backyard straightened up, broken chairs replaced and have furniture cleaned and cleared of spider webs when guests are arriving. All the doors stick and this is very annoying in the middle of the night as the noise to open a door can disturb other guests sleeping. Washcloths were not out with towels in the bathroom, luckily we went in search of them and found them in the master bedroom closet, high on a shelf. We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties and this place could use a bit more attention to detail, I.e. kitchen cabinet under sink the handle is loose missing a screw, such a simple little fix.
