About this house rental
Welcome to our modern yet comfy 4 bedroom home. Our home is located in the north side of San Antonio where all the new development is happening. It is approximately 18 north of the airport, 25 minutes away from The Riverwalk downtown and close by to all the new shopping areas and theme parks. If you enjoy golf you could always tee off at more than 5 full golf courses that offer their services including a PGA course at TPC.

Loved everything about the house except the dishwasher was broken which in the end wasn’t a big deal. Close to many grocery stores, cvs and restaurants. A school is close by.
Conscientious neighborhood as we left the trash bins near the front of the house and I guess someone from the neighborly assocation called the owner and we were asked (nicely) to move them out of sight to keep the neighborhood looking good.

Came for a fun weekend with some family who flew in New York. Needed a large enough home to have plenty of space for people and stuff. There were 8 of us. This home had 4 large rooms, plenty of space and a nice living room. Also an upstairs game room area with TV. We would go out during the day and just sleep comfortably at night. About 20 mins from the riverwalk which was pretty nice. Maybe 20-30 to schliterrbahn as well. The owner made sure our stay was comfortable and asked if we had arrived and needed anything. Everyone who stayed really enjoyed the home. Bathrooms were clean and hot water was instant. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. HEB is down the street so Food and supplies were like 5 mins away. If you need somewhere to sleep well and close to amenities and places of interest this is it.

We loved the house. Plenty of room for all 6 of us to stay comfortably. Ideal location for all of our needs. Great hospitality on Patrick's part. Thank you very much and we will definitely continue to use VRBO.
