The historic Trogir Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is just 9 km away and easily reached via two bridges, while Split Airport is conveniently located 14 km from the property.
Everyday essentials are within easy reach, with a grocery store 1.3 km away, a restaurant 850 m away, and a café just 650 m from the house. A wider variety of shops, restaurants, and lively beach bars can be found in nearby Okrug Gornji, only 6 km away.

The ground and first floor consists of a duplex four-bedroom apartment that accommodates up to 6 guests, with the option for one additional child up to 12 years. It includes 4 bedrooms—three with double beds (160 × 200 cm) and one with a single bed (120 × 200 cm)—as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room, kitchen, and laundry room.
