Awesome 10-day stay in luxury

The owner Silva and cleaning ladies were super nice. You can ask for anything. You’ll get clean towels every three days. The outdoor pool is amazing and so are the hanging chairs (swings). I fell in love with them. There is a refrigerator with drinks in cans in the outdoor kitchen and you can take anything you want (different beers, juices, ice tea, ice coffee, coca, .. you name it). It costs 2,5 eur and you just write down what you took and pay in the end. We had everything we needed, the apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. The location of the property is the best. It is literally just a few steps from the beach. I’ve read in comments that people complained about going up the hill on their way back, but honestly it is no trouble at all and it is not that steep. Once you get to the beach, you can take a 10 min walk toward Copacabana beach (in Okrug Gornji), where are many restaurants and bars. Trogir - the old town - is approx. 10 min with a car. Ok, some streets on island Čiovo ARE very narrow, but manageable even for less experienced drivers.

This has nothing to do with the property - but the prices in restaurants, bars and even in the grocery stores are obnoxiously high - on island Čiovo and in Trogir, so be prepared for that.

Good place, however there was a strong smell of sewage in our bathroom. Hopefully this is rectified

I had to go and find the relevant person and asked guests for where to go as they did not appear to be any signage.

I measage the host on the first night to inform them that the bathroom had an extremely strong smell of sewage. This resulted in us being unable to use the facilities and my son was next to the room, which smelt during the night. I reported this again in the morning and that the price should reflect the issues. This was not addressed with the host and no reduction was received. The host did explain that the smell was probably due to the room not being used recently and a build up for water??? Also there was no sheets etc. for my sons bed. The place would have been fine if it was not for the strong smell.

Highly recommend!

I have visited several accommodations in Croatia, this one is one of the best. All according descriptions! Great big heated pool, very nice and clean rooms - the most clean room ever! Hospitality of owner is outstanding - provided support and kindness. Thanks a lot for amazing experience.

Be ready for the beach what is not the best one, a lot of concrete and urchins. But nearby you can find nice "village" beach.

the apartment is comfortable, very clean, many wipes and blankets. beautiful scenery from the balcony. it has all the conveniences for cooking. in the yard there is a private parking, pool and space for rest. the beach a few minutes away. very pleasant hostess

The hostess and staff were very friendly and hospitable, walking distance to restaurants and shops along the waterfront. Great heated pool and plenty of lounges by the pool and terrace. Very comfortable beds and overall we had a great time. Will definitely come again to stay there.

Amazing

The place is spotless, literally- even kettle is without a mark. Host and staff extremely friendly and professional, there is no words to describe this experience, they make you feel like home from the very first moment, but in the same time you have all the privacy as well. Views from this villa are something else , highly recommend

Only thing I can think of is if the guests are coming there first time - host can advise to bring cash with them - restaurants and bars are not taking cards and all the ATMs around are charging mental fees

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH GREAT VIEWS AND EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH, RESTAURANTS AND LOCAL AMENITIES YET FAR ENOUGH AWAY TO AVOID ANY NOISE FROM THE CENTRE OF THE TOWN. WE WILL BE BACK!

Great place to stay

Our apartment was very modern and clean with a fantastic view. It is about a 20 minute walk along the beach to get to the first lot of restaurants and bars and about 30 minutes to Tommy supermarket. There is a Supermarket slightly closer but quite a hard walk as up a few steep hills. You can reach Trogir by boat and takes about 20 minutes to cross and costs around £3 per person. We also managed to catch the bus to Split so a car is not necessarily a must although we did hire one for 2 days to get to Krka Waterfalls and Zadar which worked out the cheaper option. Silva is a lovely host. She always got back to me with answers to my questions and helped us once we were there. So generous and friendly but didn't get in the way so allowed you to enjoy your holiday. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Silva x

Relaxing stay in Trogir

The host welcomed us warmly and explained clearly how to get around the area. She's been particularly friendly in answering all of our questions and the property itself is calm and relaxing. The pool is a big plus.

What they call "gym" is not actually a gym as there are just a few machines, it is though something nice to have. The property is a 10-minute drive from the city centre but one could also walk there.

Quaint little clean basic apartments far from local amenities.

The property was clean and not overcrowded. Quaint little open kitchen/table/fireplace room with coffee albeit not included in the price.

Not many included amenities, everything was a separate extra charge except the Wi-Fi. No breakfast, fruit, or coffee. More of a “summer rental flat” for long term stays than a weekend retreat. It was also not close to much either in Trogir or Orkrug either. Very difficult to line up transportation with Uber not reliable and taxis almost double price.

Finally got to Croatia!

We found the location excellent. A beach at the end of a 20m path that runs from the garden/pool area of Villa Silva. There are 2 restaurants approximately 500m from the apartments and the main stretch 10 minutes further on from that. Silva and the staff are top notch and make the stay even more enjoyable.Lovely Ladies. Peaceful.

Amazing accomodation in Okrug Gornji

First of all Silva the owner is super nice, she is very helpful in case you have any questions or needs. The apartments are very beautiful, you have everything you need, and the beach is super close too. If you have a lazy day you just go to the pool :D there is one for children and a bigger one too. Lidl and Kaufland are about 15 mins away by car, so not bad at all, and you have smaller shops around if you want to go by walk. I recommend her and her apartments for sure! Hope to come next year! 5/5*!!

Perfect holidays

It was a great vacation in a paradise place. the owners were so nice and helpful in every situation. they cared for us so much. I am sure that this place will be visited by us on a regular basis.

Big apartment with all you need. Beach view from balcony and BBQ zone. Great option for family stay. 3 different bedrooms with shared access to the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen (coffee & washing machines etc). Free parking place, enough for city crossover auto. Pool like a bonus :) Not noisy cause a little far from city center (~2 km walking on the beach & ~5 km on auto on island hills Ciovo). I enjoyed my vacation on Silva place.

A little bit steep descent with mountains (hills) to the apartment/parking. It was a little stressful in the first 2 days. We got used to it on 3rd day staying there.

The property had a nice swimming pool area and paddling boards for guests. Also the host is very friendly and helpful.

It in booking listing it said that there is windsurfing (additional charge) but the windsurfing is a separate place, separate business. We have booked the place as it had a windsurfing facilities and then we have been told that we need to sort that out by ourselves.

Everything was great from the kindness of the owners, the rooms are clean and new, balcony was big enough for a family. The pool area is great!!! I would recomend it to everybody who has a family or just a couple!!!

Die Nähe zum Meer, schöner Pool. Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr netter Besitzer und freundliches Personal.

Die Altstadt Trogir war fußläufig mit fast 5 km doch etwas weit. Im Oktober gibt es sehr viele Mücken, Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern wären eine Bereicherung.

Logement spacieux. Terrasse très correct, piscine et coin transat impeccable.

Lits assez dur, Propreté à revoir ( cannettes de soda sous le lit, araignée et sa toile dans un coin fait penser que la chambre a vite été aspirée.. Les plages dans la région ne sont pas super.
