About this house rental
Villa Casa Plaza is the perfect house for 2 or 3 families or a large group who wish to share a holiday together and yet also enjoy privacy. The house is comprised of 3 apartments on various levels and boasts a large summer kitchen and dining area where the guest can enjoy al fresco cooking and dining. On a lower terrace, set amongst the trees is another dining terrace where there is also a BBQ. And for great times the guest can enjoy the jacuzzi too!
The nearest beach with its crystal clear blue waters is just 20m away. You need to cross the road in front of the villa and take a small local path to the beach so care must be taken with young children. The beach is rocky but a concrete sunbathing platform has been built. You can enter the water easily from the rocks or jump from the platform.
The accommodation comprises a 2 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 5 on 2 double beds and a sofabed. A 1 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 4 on 1 double bed and a sofabed. And a studio apartment sleeping up to 3 on 2 double beds. Each apartment has a full kitchen and shower room and a private terrace.
There is private parking for 4 cars
There are three CCTV cameras set up outside of the villa for security reasons only.
They monitor entrance, stairs and the parking lot. No devices are used inside of the property.
Means of access: Getting there is easy by car or by flying. Split airport is only 12 km away.

Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival cca 2 Euro per person per day tourist tax.

Directions to the villa: You will check in at the villa using the key safe. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the villa.
We will be in touch before and during your stay to give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay.

Wir sind mit 8 Personen (2 Familien) angereist und haben vor allem die räumliche Aufteilung genossen. Jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich und doch gab es mit den Terrassen und der Außenküche gemeinschaftliche Orte um zusammen zu kommen. Besonders letztere war unser Lieblingsplatz. Der Strand war schnell zu erreichen und auch der Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurant und kleine Bar sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider führt direkt am Haus die Hauptstraße vorbei, was doch zu starker Lärmbelästigung führt. Die Fenster sind allerdings neu und gut gedämmt dass es drinnen ruhig war. Klimaanlage dadurch ein muss. Im großen und ganzen sehr zu empfehlen.

The view from all the terraces was amazing! we came with a couple families and loved it.
the rooms are pretty basic and really not what you stay here for. If you are particular about the inside, then you may not be as happy as we were. the outside is where this place shines. there are so many terraces you probably wont hang out at them all.
there is a rocky platform beach right across the street that we used one day (then a naked old couple got there before us the other days). if you walk down the street to the right there is another platform beach that was public use that no one used besides a couple locals. it had shade... sun.. and pebble walkways down into water, instead of trying to walk on large rocks... it worked out great.. and no naked people. there was also a legit beach to the left of the house that we walked down but we didn't go to. having a private beach to yourself very close to your house was great for us.
having dinner at the outside kitchen in the evenings was my favorite.
had a couple random complaints... electricity had some issues and had to keep resetting a breaker. the shower in the attic just flooded the bathroom every shower. hot water tank had issues that needed a plumber in another apartment.. all were things that were more of an annoyance, but again.. the view and outside is where you are here for.
i would stay here again in the future.
