- Cheap - Quiet neighbourhood
- The AC was not working for few days. Every day the host was coming and telling us that tomorrow it will work but he didn't order repairman. When I have called Booking and they have contacted the property they have called a repairman and the issue was resolved in less than 2 hours. Unfortunately I were receiving complaint calls from some intermediary agency who tried to blame us for non working AC — this was stressful. - For 6 person apartment there is only one key - The doors to the building are key-locked at all times. When we raised concern that there is no fire escape route the host said that this is not his problem - The apartment is located on a very narrow street in a district where a lot of construction happens. It is close to the sea but it takes a lot of time to get there because you have to stop often to let cars and construction vehicles pass. Also it doesnt feel safe - There is no pavement on the street that goes to Trogir. You haved to walk on bare street for around 15 minutes to get to Trogir. The driving culture in Croatia is poor. A lot of people were speeding or overtaking other cars when we were walking. I know this is not a fault of the property but of the city. This felt extremly unsafe. We do not recomment coming there unless you have your own car.

La posizione è perfetta Il parcheggio è proprio sotto la struttura Presenza di condizionatore Comodo tavolino sul terrazzo per poter fare colazione
Ci eravamo accordati tramite Booking per effettuare il check-in in anticipo ma al nostro arrivo la camera non era pronta. È stata evidentemente pulita in fretta e furia tant’è che era ancora presente la spazzatura degli ospiti precedenti. Mi dispiace dirlo ma la camera era veramente sporca. lenzuola tutte macchiate e che non sono state cambiate nei nostri 10 giorni di permanenza, così come gli asciugamani. Il bagno tutto incrostato, briciole nel frigo e stoviglie sporche. Pavimenti pieni di polvere, sedie macchiate e muri con infiltrazioni e zanzare schiacciate con annesso sangue. Non è fornito un granché, stoviglie per due persone, una bottiglia di sapone per piatti, un flaconcino di sapone per mani, due strofinacci per la cucina ( incrostati di rosso d’uovo) e un rotolo di carta igienica, stop. tutto il resto è da acquistare (spugne, scottex, carta igienica ecc) Come se non bastasse le luci in bagno e in cucina erano bruciate.

Parkolóhely nem mindig volt elérhető az apartman előtt A szobák felszereltsége hiányos volt (kb semmi alapvető dolog nem volt - mosogatószer, szivacs, wc papír, folyékony szappan, kéztörlő). Az egyik szobában nem működött a főzőlap.
