Welcome to this charming extended stay listing for corporate stays for minimum 14 nights.
This unique two-bedroom retreat has welcomed corporate and mid-term guests, as well as weekend and vacation stays, since 2006.

The home offers two queen bedrooms, each designed for comfort and a restful night’s sleep. Guests can enjoy a queen pop up sofa or gel topper XL sIngle fold out.
Fully furnished with linens, enhanced amenities, W/D, eclectic décor, and thoughtfully selected furnishings throughout-Original artwork and estate treasures.
The updated kitchen is stylish and well equipped, with dining available at both the kitchen bar and the separate dining room.
Originally built in 1910 in the Mission style, the house has been tastefully updated while preserving its character. The primary bathroom features a shower and bidet for added comfort, and there is also a half bath on the first floor. Roku TVs are provided in each bedroom, along with high-speed internet and streaming service. One bedroom includes a desk, while the second has a portable desk.
In addition to a full 1st floor equipped kitchen and custom tea and coffee bar, the second floor also includes a utility refrigerator, single-cup Keurig, microwave, and basic dishware.
Storage is generous, with a large hall closet for wardrobes and a hanging rack in one bedroom. Both rooms include chests of drawers, lamps, mirrors, blackout shades, drapery, additional mini window AC to supplement central air as needed, and natural light.
Outside, guests can enjoy a distinctive garden-side space with a grill and a chiminea lounge area. One off-street parking space is included. Other on street ( Clarke Place are non metered)
Maryland Homeaway is top-rated by guests. A small family may be considered with prior approval; please inquire for rates. Host will make adjustments on the reservation.
One small dog is allowed with prior approval, subject to terms and a deposit. Cat with preapproval for mid term only.
This house is excellent option for those moving into or out of Frederick, waiting for property settlement or job changes.
A 14 night minimum rental agreement is required. Longer stays over 29 nights are available with host pre- approval and execution of a short-term rental agreement in addition to the VRBO agreement.
Reservations longer than 29 nights require a one-month refundable deposit charged to the credit card on file, and the VRBO damage deposit also applies. Valid ID is required for all adults.
Corporate stays are limited to 2 co workers sharing the home. Guests are allowed at $75/night up to 2 nights per week.

The owner/host retains access to the home as needed, with guest notification, for cleaning and repairs as needed, with 24 hour notice, unless emergency access is required.
