Arranged over two storeys with a decked terrace overlooking the countryside, this property blends rustic charm with contemporary style and decor for a refined country stay. Guests have shared access to a gym, a sauna and a cinema room, while external stairs lead you straight into the peaceful shared gardens.

The interior of this stunning barn conversion blends sophistication with a homely warmth, creating an inviting atmosphere that’s both stylish and comfortable. Stairs lead up to the first-floor lounge where vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows create a light and bright space. It’s the perfect setting for cosy evenings watching TV, while bi-fold doors open to the balcony with seats to observe wildlife with your morning cuppa or watch the stars with a glass of wine. On the ground floor, a spacious kitchen/diner boasts state-of-the-art appliances and a family dining table for home-cooked meals and memorable gatherings. Comfort is paramount in the downstairs bedrooms with two king-size rooms each boasting an en suite, along with a twin room and the family bathroom.

This tranquil base is conveniently located for exploring the region’s market towns, historic sites, nature reserves and seaside towns. The market towns of Halesworth and Framlingham are 6 and 8 miles respectively, the latter home to an imposing castle. The Suffolk heritage coast offers a world of wonders from the quintessential seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold (both 15 miles) to nature reserves at RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Heath (10.5 miles).
