It's clear to see that an exceptional eye for interiors has been utilised when designing this modern holiday home. Set out over two storeys, each room has been thoughtfully finished with exceptional features and its own unique styling. Highlights include the open-plan living area that bleeds into the garden through bi-fold doors, the garden itself with a pizza oven and a BBQ, and the king-size bedroom that’s fitted with mood lighting, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with comfy seating. The other bedrooms are equally as inviting, one made up as a double and the other a twin. These two bedrooms are served by a stylish bathroom on the second floor, complete with a bath to sink into after a long day’s exploring.
Local attractions including Henham Park (4 miles), home to an annual music festival and many other events, the Southwold Maize Maze (5 miles) and the outdoor Thorington Theatre (3.5 miles) are all within effortless reach of the property. Southwold is only 7 miles from home, easy to drive to when you fancy an afternoon on the beach or a pier. Your closest town, Halesworth (4 miles), is a picture-perfect market town from which you can browse shops, take a bite to eat or embark on a scenic circular walk or bike ride.
