Perfectly located within walking distance of Mumbles (0.3mi) and the sandy bays of both Rotherslade (0.7mi) and Langland (0.9mi), Oystermouth Chapel is a fantastic hidden gem from which to explore all this glorious part of South Wales has to offer. The streets of Mumbles are lined with an array of independent eateries and stores as well as popular ice cream shops such as Verdi's and Joe's. Rotherslade and Langland are connected via a scenic coastal path and share between them a stunning stretch of sand, picturesque beach huts, popular seafront brasserie and cliff-top golf course. Slightly further afield are some of South Gower's best beaches, including Caswell, Oxwich and Three Cliffs Bay.
Ground Floor
- Kitchen: Well-appointed galley kitchen with double oven, 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and wash basin.
- Living/Dining Area: Impressive open plan dining area with vaulted ceilings, wood burner, dining table with 6 chairs and grand piano. The cosy living area is tucked away with 2 sofas, wall-mounted Smart TV and coffee table.
- Bedroom 1: King bedroom with high ceilings, bedside tables, ottoman, wardrobe, vanity uint, chest of drawers and wall-mounted TV.
- Shower Room: Shower, WC and wash basin.
Upstairs
- Bedroom 2: King bedroom with bedside tables, vanity unit, clothes hanging rail and picture window. En suite: Bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.
- Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with bedside tables. clothes hanging rail and vaulted ceilings with decorative beams and Velux windows.
- Bathroom: Free-standing roll top bath, WC, wash basin, towel rail and slanted ceilings with Velux windows.
Garden
- Enclosed garden with outdoor seating area and steps leading up to a larger courtyard area.

- Heating and electricity: Included. Initial supply of logs for the wood burner included.
- Bed linen, hand and bath towels: Provided.
- Hairdryer: 1 provided.
- Travel cot and highchair: Available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
- Welcome Pack includes: tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits/cake and Prosecco.
- Pets: 2 dogs welcome. Additional charges apply. Dogs not allowed upstairs or on furniture.
- No smoking inside the property please.
- Parking: On-street parking available on road outside the property. Please park alongside garage and do not obstruct the road.
- Important: There is CCTV in operation at the front and back door for security purposes only.
