If the kitchen was revamped, it would be perfect.

Great location - 5 min. Walk to the middle of the Mumbles. Living room and bedrooms were great - pool table kept my daughter and me entertained for hours!

Kitchen was a little outdated and there was no dishwasher, which would be better if at full occupancy.

Short family break in a very nice apartment. Recommended.

Really nice apartment. Felt very cosy and comfortable. It's nice to have the place to yourselves. Everything that you need is available within the apartment including a pool table and extra games (nice touch). Central heating and hot water available throughout.

There were some issues with locks/latches on doors, especially the bathroom door.

Has potential

Fair location, but street parking is on a steep hill and very narrow. Beds were comfortable, and the property had the potential to be very good.

Overwhelming smell of damp upon entering the property which did not resolve. Not enough lounge seating if 6 people visited. No actual dining table, the converted snooker table was very high to eat from. A lot of extension cables around the property plus old TV aerial cable (not used) left on the floor. We had several other issues , some were resolved upon calling Koya Properties office. Photos online gave a better view of the property, but it needs maintenance. Has potential to be great property with some TLC.

The Mumbles are a lovely place to visit. Great walks and a nice eating and drinking area in the promenade.

Location is 5 minutes walk from the main sea front.

Damp smell on entering the property. Old, tired, saggy mattress in the second double bedroom, unable to sleep on. Bathroom door upstairs did not close fully. Kitchen cupboards needed cleaning inside… The owners were polite and apologetic and responded to our feedback and have said that they will rectify all of these issues for future visitors.

Great location, clean

The impersonal check in, the sudden request for a deposit, the weird key lock situation when a box would be adequate, the complex check in website. The house is very bland with no personality or style. It’s also hard to find, luckily a neighbour managed to guide us. Bit of a dissatisfying trip. Will stay in a pub next time.

Perfectly located, spotless apartment with seamless remote support.

Had a great stay at Flo Suite, just a short walk from Mumbles Beach and Pier. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Check-in was seamless with clear, timely email communication from the host. Though we didn’t meet, the support was spot on throughout. Highly recommend for a clean, convenient stay in Swansea.
