About this cottage rental

Host a special getaway with a group of up to 14 human guests and three canine companions in these three spacious and elegant cottages, including a converted 200-year-old barn, with characterful original features like wooden beamed ceilings, contemporary touches and an overall modern farmhouse feel. When you’re not getting competitive in the games room or sharing a banquet at the grand dining table, you can explore the surrounding Yorkshire countryside, visit York or head to the coast.

Make memories in the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can relax together on the plush sofas beside the wood burner which sits in the feature exposed stone wall. Next to this is a long wooden dining table with seating for fourteen and a sleek ‘L’-shaped kitchen unit. The Barn also contains two bathrooms and three bedrooms spread across the first and second floors. Inside the second property is a similar open-plan living space with a bathroom on the ground floor and another bathroom plus two bedrooms on the second floor. The final cottage has everything on the ground floor – this includes an open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner, a bathroom plus two bedrooms. Outside is a bike storage area as well as a games room and gardens which are shared with neighbouring properties.

Start your day with a stroll around the farm on which the property is located – where you’ll find ducks, sheep and horses. In the rural village of Holme-on-Spalding-Moor, there are a handful of eateries, a bakery, a handful of shops and a cafe (within 1 mile). Visit the Little Wold Vinyard (13.5 miles) or William’s Den adventure park (11 miles). Spend a day in the historic city of York (19 miles) or relax on the beach at Hornsea (28.5 miles).
