The two-storey cottage has an open-plan layout that works really well for a holiday with loved ones. In the comfortable lounge area, you’ll find an open fire that’s ideal for winter warmth in front the Smart TV. The dining area adjacent is just the spot for lingering over meals or perhaps getting out a pack of cards or a map to pour over. In the kitchen area beyond you’ll find all the necessities for preparing convenient meals, snacks and picnics. Completing this floor is a generously sized shower room. Take the stairs to find the two bedrooms, a double with ample storage and a twin. As for outside space, head to the enclosed rear garden and you can pour a sundowner or serve supper on the patio while the little ones play safely on the lawn.
The coastal resort of Heacham is known for its sunshine, as well as its lavender fields – renowned Norfolk Lavender is less than 1 mile from the cottage. Visit Heacham’s own beaches with their sheltered waters and gorgeous sunsets, walk the coast path, or head to the Victorian resort of Hunstanton, 3 miles, with its promenade, more beaches, golf club and attractions, including crazy golf, putting green and the Sea Life sanctuary. If you feel like exploring further afield, the Sandringham Estate is just 6 miles away, and the maritime city of Kings Lynn is 14.5 miles away.
