Staying in Vila Vukotic was an excellent experience.

We stayed for one week and had a great time. Hosts were lovely, helpful and friendly the entire time. Room clean and comfortable. Petrovac has beautiful beaches and we especially enjoyed Perazica Do beach, which is not far from the villa. The walk to the beach was one of the highlights—it’s truly lovely, with trees and greenery lining the way, making the whole experience feel calm and scenic. All in all, staying in Vila Vukotic was an excellent experience.

Lovely apartments I’d gladly return to

A wonderful apartment with all the amenities. The room has everything you need: air conditioning, a stove, a fridge, good Wi-Fi, a TV, hot water, and a huge terrace with a sea view. The very welcoming hosts, Vera and Luka, greeted me like family and helped me with everything. I am very grateful for their hospitality and will definitely come back to these apartments the next time I’m in Montenegro.

2 nights in Petrovac

Wonderful, attentive and very helpful host Vera. Before I arrived Vera asked me if I need a ride from the bus station. Upon arrival she organized some tea for me. Upon departure he’s husband Luka dropped me off at bus station. The room was basic but clean and I didn’t need more. It’s pretty close to the beach and main attractions. 5-8 min walk.

our experience could not be better

We stayed for 5 nights and our experience could not be better. Starting with our arrival when they offered to pick up from the bus station and bring us home, and the same when we left, without us even asking. We had a welcome drink while introducing ourselves and getting to know our hosts. The accommodation is within easy walking distance from the beach, markets, and restaurants, but still, the place is very quiet and peaceful at night. Our room was fully equipped with a kitchen and a minibar, hot water and freezing AC. They also helped with a little laundry load that we had, since we were 2 weeks in Montenegro. And if everything was not perfect enough, we had that amazing terrace with a seaside view, and the grill included so you can cook your own cevapi. We also had our own little porch if we wanted more privacy. Our hosts Vera and Luka were always ready to help when needed and a delight to talk to. They are the sweetest hosts you could ask for. We definitely would repeat it whenever we return to Petrovac. Safety The neighborhood is very safe. Not at a single moment we felt unsafe or uncomfortable, even late at night with deserted streets. Walkability Easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, port, bus station. Yes there is a little hill, like 98% of Montenegro, not only Petrovac or our rental house Highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value

Vila Vukotic allowed for the the perfect family holiday!

We stayed at Vila Vukotic for 11 days and had the best time. We booked the snall apartment and the view from the balcony did not disappoint! An extra bed was put in for our 2 year old daughter at no additional cost which was the perfect solution for our sleep arrangement. Our hosts Vera and Luka are super nice people and made us feel very welcomed from the start.

We really enjoyed our stay here and wished we stayed longer. The owners were really kind, friendly and very helpful with any info I needed. Gave us their homegrown fruit and personally showed us around the local area. Location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the main part, beach etc, very quiet at night for a good night's sleep. We would definitely return.

Very good holiday accommodation in a family-friendly town where the apartments facing Petrovac Bay offer a fantastic view. The host couple, Vesna and Luka, are very concerned about the well-being of their guests and the cleaning is impeccable. An extra plus is that the accommodation is located high, which benefits your fitness.

A word of caution should be raised when it comes to car parking during high season.

Warm stay at Villa Vukotic

Vera and her husband are the kindest hosts I have ever met! They picked us up from the bus station and took us to the bus station as well after check-out. The apartment was great, just as on photos and everything was clean. It's on the hillside so you need to climb some stairs but we didn't mind this at all, as we had a lovely sea view from our balcony. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here, it was lovely!

A perfect place to stay in Petrovac.

I loved staying at the Villa Vukotić. First, it was well above Petrovac, so there was no noise. I am a very sensitive and light sleeper, and sleeping in a quiet place is extremely important to me. The bed was quite comfortable, there was a small kitchenette which I didn’t have much use for, but it was nice to have. Each room has its own private veranda, which is where I spent most of my time. It’s about a six or seven minute walk down to the beach front, so it’s very convenient. On the way down to the beach, there is a Voli market, and you can get just about anything you need there. There is also a large outdoor terrace, which I did not use, but this is perfect for a family that wants to have dinner, or have friends over and be social with. But the best part of all was the owners, Vera and Luka. Luka met me at the Petrovac bus station and drove me to the villa. Vera greeted me with a glass of rakia, and then we spent an hour talking about various political and cultural issues. She is a very nice lady. She was very concerned that everything was good, which it was. Today, for the same price as the taxi, they drove me to my next location, Virpazar, helped me find the rather remote place I was staying, And then helped me find a rental bicycle, which was not available otherwise, and which I never would have found on my own because I don’t speak Montenegrin. After that, they treated me to a beer in the Village Square, even though I wanted to treat them to say thank you for the kindness. They were warm and hospitable, and villa was quite nice. What else could you ask for?

Great host and accommodation

Studio was excellent, very clean. Host was very friendly and helped with the luggage. Even though it was 35 degree outside we didn't need AC because it was very pleasant in the studio.

No parking and steep hill to reach it on the foot is sometimes difficult when you're coming back from the beach (but that is described in the profile so it was something that we already knew before coming)
