Very lovely and calm family stay - Perazica beach best of all.

it was very nice holidays - wonderful hosts - cheerful and helpful. Everything was exactly as it was said. I would recommend it to everyone, but watch out for a long uphill walk return from the beach especially after long sunbathing and drinks it's breath taking and not only because of the Seaview:). But you will appreciate it 😀

Picturesque view apartments with beautiful host

Exceptionally polite and welcoming host, that helped and guided us with best beaches, points of interest and questions throughout our stay. Even allowed us to taste the figs growing in the garden, which were ripe and delicious. The view from the terrace is picturesque and having breakfast with a panorama on whole Petrovac bay and Kovach island was a pleasure. There are also walking paths for the nearby beaches to the left (more like hiking) and to the right (leisure walk through the forest) as an exercise and beach options to swim.

Apartment is located at the higher end of Petrovac, so it is a good cardio getting back from the beach, but it might be harder for some people. Wasn't a minus for us. I wish only the shower head holder be fixed, so it would be more convenient.

Nice place

Clean, nice location, very good owner and personnel. Washing machine, parking, conditioner. Everything you need. Less than 10 minutes to the beach, less than 15 minutes to get back (you will have to go uphill, so prepare :D ) I recommend this apartment.

There were some small nuances with washing room, but things happen.

Lovely views from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We liked the walk uphill for a little bit of exercise to finish the day. Loved the cute kittens!

Zbyt wysoka cena w stosunku do jakości

Apartament znajduje się niedaleko głównej drogi. Parking jest bardzo duży i nie trzeba kluczyć, żeby do niego dojechać - wystarczy skręcić z drogi i już. Zajmowaliśmy apartament na poddaszu z dwoma tarasami. Jeden z tarasów w zasadzie nie był używany, ale drugi - wykrojony z dachu - z widokiem na morze był największą zaletą apartamentu. Zapewniał wiele prywatności i piękne widoki. W całym obiekcie było bardzo czysto. Pomimo mieszkania na poddaszu nie było gorąco - usytuowanie budynku na górze powodowało, że był przewiew. Klimatyzacja była tylko w dużym pokoju, ale w zupełności wystarczała. Gospodarz był na miejscu, chętny do pomocy. Wi-fi działało tylko w jednym pokoju, dla nas nie był to problem, ale warto wiedzieć. Miasteczko (plaża, sklepy, restauracje) jest na dole. Do najbliższego marketu najkrótszą drogą jest około 500 m, 53 m w pionie po schodkach (odczyt zegarka). Plaża publiczna i deptak są jeszcze dalej. Wszędzie jest pełno kotów. Setki kotów.

Wyposażenie apartamentu jest już trochę przestarzale, szczególnie w łazience, gdzie z rur unosi się nieprzyjemny zapach. Trzeba brać ze sobą ręczniki kąpielowe, ponieważ na wyposażeniu apartamentu są tylko ręczniki małe, nie wystarczają nawet na zawinięcie głowy. Kanapa w dużym pokoju rozkłada się, jak się na niej usiądzie. Największym zawodem były plaże w miasteczku, ale to nie wina właścicieli apartamentu. W 90% zajęte przez leżaki i parasole hotelowe po 30 lub 40 EUR za dzień. Pozostałe 10% plaży to plaża publiczna, która jest jednym wielkim wysypiskiem śmieci na którym ludzie układają ręczniki jeden przy drugim, bo i tak chętnych jest więcej niż miejsca. Poza miasteczkiem w odległości około dwóch km w obie strony są plaże z których można korzystać. Do jednej z nich jest dojazd samochodem, na miejscu płatne parkingi. Do drugiej raczej dojście na piechotę przez tunele w górach. Tunele są dla pieszych. Dojazd samochodem też jest możliwy, parking bezpłatny.

Aussicht top!

- Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse - Super nette Gastgeber, die unten im Haus wohnen und jederzeit ansprechbar waren, ohne aufdringlich zu sein

- Leider nur 1 Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und keine im Schlafzimmer. Mindestens ein Ventilator könnte Abhilfe schaffen, da sich die Wohnung unter dem Dach schnell erhitzt. Zudem fehlen Vorhänge oder eine Verdunkelung an den kleinen Fenstern im Schlafzimmer und es wird dementsprechend früh hell - Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein bzw. mal erneuert werden - Insgesamt für den Preis und den tollen Meerblick aber alles in Ordnung
