Nice and cozy apartment

The apartment was big enough for our family of four and very clean, with AC in all the sleeping rooms. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your food. The beds are also very comfortable, the kids beds are not too high, so they are safe also for smaller kids. The host (Victor) it's a very nice and helpful person, he showed us everything in the house and gave us many informations about the town, the best beaches and stores we needed for our stay. He also offered us a personal charger for our electric car, directly near the house. Also the apartment has a large, private and nice terrace to spend the evening outside. We'll rent it once again for sure if we decide to return to Montenegro.

Host is super friendly and very fast to reply, we had a problem with a bath, so the host came and fixed everything in minutes! Apartment is clean, spacious and well-equipped Location is quite nice, since the city is small, everything is close and easy to walk to

AC and TV in both bedroom and living room, washmashine free to use in a commom hall, drying rack in the room, big balcony. The room is very spacy, modern and very clean! Looks just like in the pictures in reality. The host vas very kind and helpful!

Fantastično!

Lokacija objekta je odlična 10 min od plaže, domaćin Viktor izuzetno ljubazan, i uvijek dostupan. Parking je jako blizu cca 20 m od objekta. Aprtman je čist i uredan, opremljen sa svime što nam je bilo potrebno za boravak, internet je brz. Čak nam je bilo žao što nismo ostali duže. Sve pohvale "Lime" ekipi, doći ćemo opet. Svako dobro!

Sve je bilo fantastično, nema ništa što nam se nije svidjelo.

Molto soddisfatto

E un meraviglioso appartamento in colina, tranquillo e silenzioso. Praticamente nuovo. Giardino con fiori, parcheggio in loco. Vicino al mare. Viktor , gestore, molto simpatico e disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Tutto necessario (ristorante, negozi ,mercato) in giro di 200 metri . Consigliatissimo!

Skvělé, úžasné místo a skvělý ubytovatel.

Ubytovatel nás kontaktoval ještě před příjezdem. Při příjezdu ve smluvený čas na nás již čekal. Byl velice ochotný a vstřícný. Zavedl nás do apartmánu a vše nám ukázal, dal nám tipy kde nakoupit, kam jít do restaurace. Apartmán byl čistý, velmi dobře vybaven.Mohu skutečně doporučit po čítám s tím, že někdy zase vrátíme. Mnohokrát děkujeme

Мне понравились апартаменты. В апартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания: посуда, полотенца, кондиционер, терраса. Находятся в 5-7 мин ходьбы от пляжа. Хозяева встретили, все рассказали о городе. Однозначно рекомендую к проживанию!

Проживание превзошло все ожидания! Апартаменты очень уютные, чистые и просторные. Всё предусмотрено для комфортного отдыха: качественное постельное бельё, полностью укомплектованная кухня, приятная обстановка. Особенно понравились две террасы — отличное место для утреннего кофе и вечернего отдыха на свежем воздухе. Апартаментами владеют отец Александр и сын Виктор — невероятно доброжелательные и отзывчивые хозяева. Александр лично встретил нас в Подгорице, по пути заехал в супермаркет и даже дал полезные рекомендации по продуктам, что было очень приятно и помогло быстро сориентироваться на новом месте. Огромная благодарность Виктору за постоянную связь и готовность помочь по любому вопросу. Особенно важно, что всё общение происходило на русском языке — это большой плюс для тех, кто не говорит на других языках. Нам было комфортно и спокойно, без языковых трудностей. Расположение замечательное: тихий район, рядом супермаркет, кафе и пекарня. С удовольствием приедем снова и искренне рекомендуем это жильё другим путешественникам!

Хороший новый отель недалеко от пляжа и центра

Мне понравился отель. Большой новый номер, у нас ещё была терраса приличная такая. В подвале есть стиралка, которой можно пользоваться. Своя парковка немного ниже. Имейте в виду, что отель расположен достаточно высоко над морем. Нам это было нормально, но если тяжело с лестницами и подъёмами, то это надо учитывать.

Отель стоит в плотной застройке, так что если попадутся шумные соседи, то беда. В отеле разрешено курить. Мы не курим, поэтому когда кто-то из соседей курил, было неприятно.

Невероятный по соотношению цена-качество вариант на 15 баллов из 10, после которого все другие варианты пркажутся убогими и дорогими (уже страдаю!) Прекрасно оборудованная кухня со всем необходим. Два кондиционера. Отличный сухой санузел. Балкон для утреннего кофе и вечернего вина, кусочек моря тоже виден. Отличный быстрый вай-фай. Сушилка для белья. В подъезде общедоступная стиральная машина. Супер дружелюбный и коммуникабельный русскоговорящий хозяин Виктор. В Петроваце теперь только сюда.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement ! Le logement est idéalement situé (avec un raccourci pour aller au centre ville en 10min à pied). Viktor est un hôte absolument génial 🤩 il nous a très bien accueilli, nous a aidé avec nos bagages, nous a aidé à nous garer… ses indications sont vraiment précieuses et cela a été très agréable de pouvoir avoir à faire à une personne aussi bienveillante ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir dans ce logement si je revenais un jour à Petrovac 😉 Merci encore à Viktor!

Апартаменты полностью соответствуют изображению на фото. Чисто, удобно, всё в рабочем состоянии, новое и свежее. Удобная кровать с безупречным бельём, достаточный набор посуды. Есть стиральная машина и гладильная доска. Отличная терраса с видом на сад и даже видно немного моря, на ней есть сушилка для белья. Хозяин Виктор приветливый, очень контактный, готовый помогать.
