Open the front door to this fabulous retreat to find that the enchanting views can be enjoyed from inside as well as out. Enter via the farmhouse-style kitchen/diner, where you can open the French doors to the garden on warm spring and summer days. With wooden work surfaces and a central island, there is ample space here to rustle up delicious meals for your group before dining together at the long table. Spend your evenings in the beamed lounge, with a fire roaring in the wood burner set in a stone inglenook, and a good film on the Smart TV. Head through to another lounge to read quietly or make the most of the office and catch up on a few mid-holiday emails. At the end of each splendid day away together, climb the stone stairs to your lovely bedrooms. These include two king-size rooms, a twin bedroom, and a quadruple room with four singles beds that the children will love. Two well-appointed family bathrooms are also at this level and complete the home’s interior.
Soak up the sunshine out in the beautiful garden, keeping an eye on children and pets near the stream. Light the BBQ and grill fresh Yorkshire produce, then gather at the furnished patio for a memorable al fresco meal. There is also a charming, enclosed front garden and off-road parking for three cars.

- Washing machine and tumble dryer
- Travel cot and highchair available
- Wood burner in lounge (first basket of logs supplied)
- Ground source heat pump heats the house to a constant indoor temperature of 20c
- Smart TV in lounge
- Large, enclosed garden with patio, outdoor seating and gas BBQ
- Private, off-road parking for 3 cars (additional on-street parking subject to availability)
- Pub 100 metres, shop 6 miles
