Set in the quiet village of Pakefield, the cosy property is just 300 metres from an unspoiled sand and shingle beach, a popular spot for wind and kite surfing. The scenic Suffolk Coast Path is on the doorstep, 150 metres away, offering wonderful walks and coastal views. Pakefield has shops, pubs and eateries with more to be found in the lively seaside town of Lowestoft (2 miles), plus a wealth of attractions to enjoy.
The cottage is charmingly furnished throughout, with a welcoming, home-from-home feel. From the hallway, step inside a cosy dining room, with a table for four, a wood burner and a small sofa. Next, find the welcoming lounge with a charming ornamental fireplace and comfortable seating, ideal for watching the Smart TV. The sleek galley-style kitchen is well equipped, and a delightful little sunroom opens onto the garden. Upstairs, find two inviting bedrooms: a double and a twin. As the en-suite shower room is reached via the double room, this layout is best suited to a family of four or couples. Outside, the sheltered patio garden has outdoor seating.
