4 Sea View Walk is a superbly refurbished holiday home perfectly positioned with uninterrupted views of Pakefield Beach. The house is bright, spacious and modern with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with french doors opening out onto a front patio where the beach is just a few steps away. Beyond the kitchen are bi-folding doors leading to the back garden with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the evening sun. Upstairs there is a shared bathroom and 3 bedrooms, one do

Lovely place and location. Had a stressful 3 hours when we arrived trying to get the heating on. Contacted the Air Manage agents who attempted to contact the owner then that office closed with no result and no working contact with out of hours. Had to search for VRBO contact who was very good and managed to contact a local relative, who by chance was at home, to come and help. The shower was difficult to use as the drainage was inadequate and would have overflowed and couldn't find information on how to work the hob. These problems detracted from a really lovely, comfortable, peaceful house which we felt was a shame and could be easily sorted out.

The house was exactly as stated. It had a wonderful view of the sea. It was modern, with new equipment. Very very clean. Excellent in every way.
