Deal out the cards on the poker table, fire up the BBQ, get in a billiards game, belt it out like a rockstar with your favorite karaoke song or soak in the sun on the pool deck. After a refreshing dip in the pool you can relax in the warm spa! If you want to venture out, the strip is only an 18 min drive or enjoy the local hot spots!

Upon entering this 3400 square foot home you will be greeted with an inviting foyer with vaulted ceilings. The decor is swanky and the furniture is modern - making it a stunning and spacious home to connect with your family, friends and colleagues to make lifetime memories!
This home has plenty of amenities to relax after a long day of work and provides a unique retreat when you are away from home. Here are some highlights:
• Large Pool with capability of heating for $150 the first day and $100 each consecutive day of your stay. When paying for pool heat, the spa heat is included on those days
• Spa heat is available for an extra $300/month
• Three Smart TVs so you can stream all your favorite shows by logging into your own account
