About this villa rental
Live the Las Vegas high society dream!!! We have it all... pool, indoor/outdoor kitchens, 6 total bedrooms, 5000+sqft. of living space on a half acre lot. Leave all your worries behind and come stay in our masterpiece!!! Nestled in a community considered by locals to be "the Beverly Hills of Las Vegas." Have all the comforts and conveniences of home without any of the headaches of home... Just a stone throws away from all the glitz and glam of the big city lights... Come see the other side of Vegas!!! We are not a party house!!! We do not host events at the property. Plus, there is a separate 1bed/bath apartment on the premises that may be occupied by another guest That is not apart of your reservation. The apartment has separate entry, parking, and is gated off from the main house. Security and privacy will not be an issue. Plus, there are 4 security cameras on located on the exterior of the property to safeguard both guest and owner from theft and wrongdoing. Please note that the cameras act as a deterrent only and are not used to spy on guests. Also know that nearly every angle of the exterior of house can be viewed by these cameras, much like the cameras located at any business. Pool can be heated for and additional cost (2 night minimum).

The house is nicer than the pictures with some recent updates, and it certainly met all of our needs for space with a group of 8! Pool was very well-heated and our teens enjoyed it for hours and hours. House is fully-equipped with more than needed to feed a crowd, shower/bathe, watch television, and lounge around. It’s located within 15 min from any and everything so it was a perfect home base between events. The host and owner Joseph is super personable and extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend renting this property for any group visiting Vegas!

The house was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for our group of 11. Joseph was super responsive, and very helpful. We had a great week!.

This wasn't a great experience. Nothing horribly wrong but the property is not in great shape for the price paid. Some comments:
1) Cleaners were still there at 6:30 pm when we arrived (check-in time is 4 pm)
2) One person in our group got a small piece of glass in their foot from carpet in living room (must not have been vacuumed).
3) Several beds didn't have sheets on them when we arrived and so we had to make them
4) One of the bathroom sinks didn't function so folks needed to use the other bathroom for washing hands,...
5) Several of the window shades didn't block out sunlight
6) Pool wasn't heated - huge bummer that we couldn't use it as it was frigid in November.
7) Doors to backyard from house didn't have properly functioning locks. Weird contraption with re-bar instead.
8) TV situation was screwy - main TV took a lot of messing about with dongles and wires to make it usable
9) Exterior lights are very dim - was hard to find the place in the dark the first night.
We won't stay here again.
