House was impecably clean. Only thing missing was dish towels, so had to use alot of paper towels . Would highly recomend this house. Very spacious .

Our family had a lovely stay here over Thanksgiving. The house was well appointed and had extra pillows, blankets, towels. Hot water in the shower and sinks was quick to heat. The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking supplies and kitchen gadgets, and we made a large family meal using the oven and stovetop, though there were no kitchen towels and the coffee filters were limited. The pool was wonderful and the heater stayed hot which was great (and the heated pool was the main reason why we chose this house). The kids loved the putting green, pickleball court, basketball court and bags - so many amenities! The neighborhood is a bit mixed and you cannot use the garage as it's for storage, but overall we did not have any issues with parking outside. House was pretty conveniently located to drive or get an uber to the Strip. Would recommend this place for a family or friends gathering!

This is a wonderful property. It felt secluded and private and like being at a resort but without all the strangers! The pool was spacious enough for several people to be on floaties without feeling crowded. There were plenty of lounge chairs and the cabanas were wonderful for some shade.We didn’t use the fire pits but would have if we hadn’t gone out each night. We loved the pickleball court! In short, there were a lot of options to keep every guest entertained. The house itself is well laid out with a big kitchen and open main room. We grilled steaks one night and enjoyed a family style meal at the huge table. Double dishwashers is a perfect touch! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The primary bedrooms were spaced out enough to feel private and the bunkhouse was perfect for the rest of our crew to have some laughs together. Full bunk beds is a great touch too!
