    I’ve stayed at this hotel twice because of its great location. There’s a famous food court right next to the hotel, and it’s also very convenient for getting around. Parking is easy to find as well. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing. During our first stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. On our second stay, we were given a different room type from what we had booked through the app. We booked and paid for a room for 3 adults, but were initially given a room with only one queen-size bed. What made it even more frustrating was that we actually paid more through the app than the walk-in price displayed at the hotel lobby. Although the staff eventually changed our room, the new room had a very strong and unpleasant cigarette smell. Fortunately, on both occasions, the foreigner/ Malay staff at counter was very friendly and helpful. He responded quickly and try his best to help us resolve the issues. The location is definitely a plus, but I hope the hotel can improve its room conditions and booking arrangements.

    I stayed here for 6 days and had a really good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the city and nearby places. The only downside is that parking is a bit limited, but overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
